RanksBreathe provides B2B SEO services including but not limited to: technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, keyword research, link building, local SEO, schema markup, and AI search optimisation. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
• Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and search console accounts as required
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of search engine guidelines

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

4. No Guarantees of Rankings

Search engine rankings are determined by algorithms outside our control. While we apply industry best practices and our expertise to improve your organic search performance, we make no guarantee of specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Any projections provided are estimates based on historical data and are not contractual commitments.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by RanksBreathe for your project become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary processes, frameworks, and tools remain the intellectual property of RanksBreathe.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RanksBreathe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. RanksBreathe may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or engage in activities that violate search engine guidelines.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from this website without our express written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
