You'll own on-page SEO implementation across 15–20 active client sites. This isn't an audit role — you'll be directly implementing title tags, schema, internal linking, heading structures, and content optimisation in WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow. You'll verify every fix in GSC and measure ranking movement.
- Implement on-page fixes directly in client CMS — not just create reports
- Write and implement JSON-LD schema markup (FAQ, Review, LocalBusiness, Product)
- Run competitor gap analyses and keyword mapping per page
- Monitor GSC, track ranking movements, and prepare client reports
- Identify technical issues (crawlability, canonicals, hreflang) and coordinate fixes
- 3+ years hands-on on-page SEO (not just strategy)
- Comfortable editing in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow
- Working knowledge of JSON-LD schema markup
- Fluent with GSC, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog
You'll handle the technical and speed side of client sites — diagnosing LCP, CLS, INP issues and implementing fixes directly. You'll work with CDN configs, server cache headers, image pipelines, and JS optimisation across a range of stacks. Everything gets verified in PageSpeed Insights field data.
- Audit and fix Core Web Vitals across client sites (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Configure CDN (Cloudflare), caching layers, and cache-control headers
- Implement image optimisation pipelines (WebP/AVIF, srcset, lazy load)
- Identify and fix render-blocking JS and CSS
- Diagnose crawl issues, fix canonicals, and manage sitemaps
- Strong understanding of how browsers load pages (critical path)
- Experience with Cloudflare, Nginx/Apache config, or server caching
- Comfortable with front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) — you don't need to build apps, just optimise
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest
You'll create content that's built to rank — not just well-written. That means understanding search intent, structuring content for featured snippets, optimising for E-E-A-T signals, and writing with implementation in mind. You'll also write and maintain our own blog at RanksBreathe.
- Research keywords and map content to search intent per client vertical
- Write SEO-optimised long-form content (2,000–4,000 words) across B2B, SaaS, legal, and eCommerce
- Structure content for featured snippets, E-E-A-T, and schema eligibility
- Optimise existing client pages — not just write new ones
- Maintain and grow the RanksBreathe blog (you'll have a byline)
- 2+ years writing SEO content (not just blog posts — structured content that ranks)
- Understand SERP features and write to target them
- Familiar with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Can work independently to a brief without heavy editing
You'll handle local SEO for clients across India, UAE, and USA — optimising Google Business Profiles, implementing LocalBusiness schema, building local citation consistency, and managing location page on-page signals. You'll work across healthcare, legal, hospitality, and retail verticals.
- Audit and optimise Google Business Profiles across multi-location clients
- Implement and validate LocalBusiness schema markup
- Build and fix local citations (NAP consistency) across directories
- Optimise location landing pages (content, schema, internal links)
- Track local pack rankings and report on movement
- 2+ years local SEO experience (GMB, citations, local schema)
- Worked across multiple markets — India, UAE, or USA preferred
- Understand map pack ranking factors
- Comfortable with Google Business Profile Manager at scale
You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10–15 clients. You'll run strategy calls, present monthly reports, translate technical SEO work into clear business language, and coordinate between clients and the implementation team. You need to understand SEO deeply enough to explain what we've done and why it's working.
- Own client relationships for 10–15 accounts from Growth and Scale plans
- Run bi-weekly and monthly strategy calls with data-backed updates
- Build and present monthly reports (rankings, CTR, traffic, fixes)
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team
- Be the internal voice of the client — flag issues before clients notice
- 2+ years in an SEO or digital agency client-facing role
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, schema, and Core Web Vitals — you'll need to explain these
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2B client communication)
- Calm under pressure and proactive by default
You'll support the technical SEO team with front-end implementation — adding schema markup, making CSS/JS optimisations, fixing layout issues that affect Core Web Vitals, and implementing tracking setups. You'll work directly on live client sites and see the performance impact of your work in PageSpeed Insights within hours.
- Implement JSON-LD schema markup on client pages (guided initially)
