01
Buyer Journey Content Mapping

We map every content gap across your buyer's full journey — from first search to final decision. Every gap we identify becomes a content brief tied to a specific keyword, a specific buyer persona, and a specific funnel stage.

02
Topic Cluster & Pillar Strategy

We design your content architecture around topic clusters — one pillar page per category, surrounded by supporting posts that build authority across an entire subject. This is how you build topical dominance instead of isolated rankings.

03
Content Brief Creation

Every piece in your strategy gets a detailed brief — target keyword, buyer persona, word count, headings structure, competitor analysis, and CTA. Your writers or ours can execute immediately, with no interpretation required.

Why It Matters

Publishing Without a Strategy
Is Just Expensive Guesswork.

Most B2B teams publish content they think is useful — then wonder why organic traffic doesn't convert. The problem isn't the writing, it's the architecture. Without a strategy that maps content to buyer intent and funnel stage, you're producing assets that generate traffic but not pipeline.

Companies with documented content strategies are 3× more likely to report success than those without one
Content marketing generates 3× more leads per dollar spent than outbound — when the strategy is tied to pipeline, not traffic
68% of B2B buyers do independent research before engaging sales — your content is the first conversation you have with them
Topic cluster content ranks 30% higher on average and maintains rankings 2.5× longer than ungrouped standalone posts

"We had a blog with 60+ posts and barely 800 organic visits/month. Three months after getting a proper strategy and restructuring around topic clusters, we hit 11,000/month."

Our Strategy Framework

Content That Meets Buyers
At Every Stage of Their Journey.

Most B2B content strategies are accidentally top-of-funnel heavy — lots of educational posts, very few pages that convert. We deliberately build coverage across all three stages so your content library works as a complete buyer journey, not just a traffic machine.

ToFu content builds awareness and captures buyers before they reach comparison stage — the best time to influence their shortlist.
MoFu content converts researchers into qualified leads by answering the questions buyers ask when they're evaluating vendors.
BoFu content closes the gap between interest and contact — service pages, pricing explainers, and trust signals that turn visitors into pipeline.
Every piece maps to a specific keyword cluster so you build topical authority, not isolated rankings that drop after a few months.
AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) is built into the framework — content structured to earn citations, not just rankings.

What's the difference between a content strategy and a content plan?
A content plan is a list of topics to write about. A content strategy is an architecture — it defines who you're writing for at each stage, what keywords you're targeting, how pieces connect to each other, and what business outcome each piece is supposed to drive. A plan tells you what to write. A strategy tells you why each piece exists and how it compounds with everything else.
How many content pieces will the strategy include?
Most B2B content strategies we deliver include 25–40 planned pieces for a 6-month window, or 50–80 pieces for a 12-month plan — depending on your publishing capacity and market complexity. We don't recommend volume for its own sake. Every piece is justified by keyword opportunity, funnel gap, or competitor analysis. If a piece doesn't have a clear purpose, it's not in the plan.
Do you write the content or just plan it?
Both options are available. Content strategy is available as a standalone deliverable — you write, we plan. For clients on full retainer, we handle strategy, writing, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking as a single managed service. Most clients start with strategy-only, see the quality of the briefs, and move to full execution within 1–2 months because the briefs make execution so much faster.
We already have lots of published content. Do we still need a strategy?
Especially yes. Large content libraries almost always have cannibalisation issues, intent mismatches, and topic gaps that a strategy identifies and fixes. In this case, the strategy engagement begins with a content audit — we clean and consolidate what exists before building forward. Building new content on top of an unaudited library compounds the problem rather than fixing it.
How does AI search change content strategy in 2025?
AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) significantly changes how content should be structured. Content that earns AI citations needs direct answers, clear headers, FAQ schema, and strong author signals — not just keyword density. We build AI citability into every brief by default: structured Q&A sections, clear definitional statements, and schema markup recommendations. Your content should work for traditional search and AI simultaneously.
How quickly does content strategy produce results?
New content typically shows first ranking movement in 8–12 weeks after publish. Full traffic impact from a content strategy is usually visible at 3–6 months — when enough pieces have indexed, built links, and started compounding. Quick-win content (targeting low-KD, specific intent keywords) often ranks faster. We always prioritise quick wins first in the calendar so you see early evidence of impact while the authority-building content develops.
